   Hay River Anthem
Hay River Anthem This lively anthem from Kevin McChesney features a melodic C-instrument part and driving percussion. From Kevin: “This was written for the high school bell choir and percussion group in Hay River, a community of about 3,000 in the Northwest Territories of Canada. This makes it the second BIGGEST town in the Northwest Territories, and the nearest bell choirs are 700 miles away in Edmonton. It was an exciting, interesting place with wonderful people, and I hope this piece reflects that.” The arrangement would be an excellent concert choice for school or community groups, especially for those wishing to mix other instruments with bells. 107 measures.
