   Symphonia on Hyfrydol
Symphonia on Hyfrydol One can almost hear orchestral instruments through the use of special tecniques, brass-like fanfares, string-like lyrical lines and percussion-like effects that resemble timpani and field drums in this 143 measure setting of the grand old hymn tune "Hyfrydol". The music moves through several tonal areas, but is consistently scored full and therefore keeps all ringers busy. (Orchestra parts available from www.sonologymusic.com.)
